General Questions

We are a cash based clinic which means we do not accept insurance. However, if you request a Super Bill from us, you can submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
We do not guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you. You can fill out this form to guide conversation with your insurance.

Short answer- it depends. There are specific guidelines that we are required to follow for Medicare. If you are a Medicare Beneficiary, please let us know so we can ensure we are in alignment with rules.

We accept Cash, Checks, most Major Credit Cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Payment is due at the time of Service. Invoicing is available in certain circumstances and are determined on an case by case basis.

Yes, as a concierge practice we believe you should be able to access services when you are able. We maintain a flexible schedule that allows us to see you whenever you need it.
Physical Therapy

No, In North Carolina you do not need a referral to seek Physical Therapy services. However, some insurances require you to get a referral before they will reimburse you.

You will be moving throughout you appointment so clothing that will allow you to move.
We need to be able to access the area of pain/injury so please ensure we are able to manage the area we need to access.

Yes, we have a shower available for client use. We ask that you bring your own towel and toiletries.

This depends on the injury and plan of care we determine.
Most clients are seen 1-2 times per week.

Yes, we have treatment packages available that can be selected when we review your plan of care and provide you a good faith estimate.
Note: if any visits remain after we resolve your concern, they can be used for maintenance appointments or if you have need for an appointment in the future.
They will remain valid for one year.

Force Plates are devices that measure your interaction with the ground while performing certain movements, most commonly a jump. These devices provide insights into your movement patterns, strength, and weaknesses. Regular use of these devices will enable training adjustments, measure progress in physical therapy, and facilitate efficient return-to-play. These devices are commonly used in elite sports settings- such as NFL combine, NBA combine, and most collegiate settings

This depends on your goals, sports, and other factors. Generally, we recommend detailed Performance Testing no more frequently than once a training Cycle (6-8weeks).
For monitoring or in-season assessments we recommend once per week to monthly as this is quicker and provides actionable information for the athlete.

Yes, the use of force plates and other technology is key component for all of our services. You will not need to request additional services to include this.
