Centered On You, For You
Concierge Practice
Some of the most common reason patients do not complete rehabilitation for an injury or pain revolves around time and scheduling. Often this is because they are busy and the hours for the clinic do not make it feasible to attend all of the appointments they need or they can’t book the time consistently that they need.
With the concierge approach, we operate when you need us to be available. While there may be times that a specific time is not available, we make every effort to be available seven days a week when you need us - scheduling around you and your availability.
A Cash-based Practice
To some, hearing that a clinic does not accept insurance can be an immediate no. However, insurance-based care often limits the time, treatment options, and clinical autonomy needed to fully address the root cause of your pain or injury. It can restrict the frequency, duration, and type of care—even when more is clearly needed for a full recovery.
By operating as a cash-based practice, we put your health—not insurance limitations—at the center of care. You receive one-on-one, uninterrupted sessions with a highly qualified physical therapist, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: restoring your function, preventing re-injury, and helping you return to the activities you love as quickly and safely as possible.
Cash-based care also ensures transparency. You know exactly what you're paying for—no surprise bills, no hidden fees, and no time wasted on unnecessary paperwork or referrals. Most importantly, you're investing in quality, personalized care that prioritizes long-term outcomes over short-term insurance constraints.
We are happy to provide a detailed superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This allows you to take advantage of your benefits while still receiving the high-quality, individualized care you deserve.

Our PT Service Options
Sports Physical Therapy Evaluation (60 minutes)
Your first visit is the foundation of your rehab journey—whether you're returning to golf, lifting, or competition. You'll receive a one-on-one evaluation with a dual board-certified physical therapist in Orthopaedics and Sports.
We’ll take time to understand your injury, your goals, and what you can do. Using advanced technology, we assess your movement and function with objective, repeatable data—giving you a clear view of your progress.
Treatment starts right away. You'll learn the true source of your symptoms—which is often different from where you feel pain—and begin a plan tailored specifically to you.
Daily Follow-up and Treatment Session (60 minutes)
This one-on-one session with your physical therapist follows the personalized plan of care established at your initial visit. Each appointment includes targeted treatment and ongoing reassessment to track your progress and advance your rehab—with the goal of returning you to full performance and the activities you love.
30-Minute Treatment Session (30 minutes)
This shorter session is ideal for those with limited time or for post-rehab athletes needing a “tune-up” to stay on track. It offers efficient, targeted care to support continued progress and performance.
Dry Needling Session (20 minutes)
Dry needling is an effective technique for treating neuromuscular pain and trigger points. By inserting a fine needle into the affected muscle, we aim to increase blood flow, reduce tension, and “reset” dysfunctional muscle activity. Each session includes follow-up exercises to enhance effectiveness and minimize post-treatment soreness.
If we’re not currently managing your physical therapy care, a brief screening will be performed to ensure dry needling is appropriate for you.
Return to Competition Assessment (75 minutes)
This evaluation determines your readiness to safely return to sport or high-level activity following injury. Using a combination of physical performance metrics and sport-specific assessments, we provide objective insights to guide your return to competition or demanding tasks with confidence.
PreCompetition Conditioning/Reconditioning (45 minutes)
This session bridges the gap between rehab and full sports performance. Designed for athletes nearing return, it focuses on sport-specific drills, advanced strength and conditioning, plyometrics, deceleration, and power development—key elements for safe, confident return to competition and reduced injury risk.
