While it is not possible to prevent injury, we can reduce the risk by addressing areas of weakness and asymmetry. By utilizing force plates to pinpoint limitations in movement and the capacity to generate force between limbs. We are also able to compare your performance to other clients of similar age, gender, and sport to identify areas that may need to be improved. This is accomplished through performance of a series of jumps and movements bilaterally, single-leg, and isometrically to highlight your risk.
