WHY US

Not all Physical Therapy is created equal!

Scott has practiced since 2004, serving over 20 years in the military, with over 10 years in Special Operations as a physical therapist and Director of Human Performance. Our philosophy integrates training and rehab, asserting that even when injured, clients can train to stay motivated and prepared. We adopt a holistic care approach and collaborate with experts in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Mental Performance to ensure clients sustain long-term performance.

We will UNDERSTAND you, your goals, training, activities, and any pain or injury.

We will ASSESS your movement and seek out the root cause of any pain or dysfunctional movement. We will ensure that you 100% know and understand your pain, movement patterns, and physical status.

We will BUILD a custom treatment /training plan with you to begin attacking pain, monitoring performance, and optimizing your performance. All care will be 1:1 with a physical therapist and we will remain at your side as you progress on your journey. We will build your confidence to perform at a high level, or to return to activity after an injury.

We will ADAPT to improvements in your status - progressing you as soon as possible and enabling you to adapt to higher performance standards.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP YOU UNLOCK UNTAPPED PERFORMANCE POTENTIAL AND REDUCE RISK OF FUTURE INJURY
